Last I heard, JDL often has multiple crews building fence around the country. Lots of know how and experience.
Since you're from SE Iowa, you might also check with Quarry Creek and Bison between Burlington and Ft. Madison, Iowa. Ask for Steve, as he has built some professional looking fence for different elk breeders in the past, and also might have fence and post and everything else one might need on inventory at the store.

Top Notch fences in Louisiana travels to sites to erect game fence. With the recent storms in the south, they are quite busy, but give them a call and see what they have to offer. (225) 202-1584.

You can also try Beem Fence out of Michigan. He goes all over, even to South America. His number is 231-510-8122 or info@beemfence.com. He puts up a quality product.

Oh yeah, and this guy I know...fencing is pretty much all he does, and has done several contracted jobs for JDL. He does excellent work-a real perfectionist.
